Stop manual entry. Let our AI Estimation identify your food through the lens.
- Tap the Camera icon on the home screen.
- Take a clear photo of your meal in good lighting.
- The AI analyzes the image, identifies items, and estimates portions.
- Confirm the details or adjust portions, then tap Save.
Wellew uses a local database for instant, offline access to millions of items.
- Tap the Search bar.
- Tap the Barcode icon to scan a product.
- If the item isn't in our local database, the AI will automatically fetch the data online to ensure your log is accurate.
Our coach doesn't wait for you; it reaches out when it spots a trend.
- Check your Notifications for proactive insights.
- The Coach will analyze your weekly data (e.g., "You tend to eat less protein on weekends").
- Reply to the coach to get a plan on how to fix that specific trend.
Get recipes that fit your current macro targets and flavor preferences.
- Navigate to the Recipes tab.
- The top picks are tailored to your logged habits.
- Select a recipe to see how it fills your remaining daily macro "buckets."
See the future of your fitness journey based on your current trajectory.
- Go to the Analytics tab.
- Look at the Trajectory chart.
- It predicts your weight change over the next 30 days based on your current consistency and caloric balance.
Adjust your metabolic targets and how the app speaks to you.
- Tap Settings > Personalization.
- Set your custom macro targets (Protein/Carbs/Fats).
- Choose your Coach Persona (e.g., "Motivational" or "Direct").
